6. Your file will be electronically stored on the secured Veranova computer systems. Your file may also be subject to the privacy policy of clients and/or business partners of Veranova in connection to the products and services.
7. The access to your file is restricted to personnel on a need to know basis. Our personnel is required to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information and privacy. We have systems in place which safeguards your personal information and prevents unauthorized access.
8. You will have access to your personal information upon request and you may challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information and such information will be amended as appropriate.
9. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

We will endeavour to answer your questions and advise you of any steps taken to address the issues raised by you.
